RETURN POLICIES

STALKER OUTDOORS is a group of registered brands composed of STALKER MAD BIKE, STALKER MAD BOATS, STALKER MAD BAITS and STALKER ARCHERY All conditions presented here below that apply to items promoted under one of the here above mentioned brands or group of brands are binding as conditions that are to be enforced if necessary by the holding company that owns the brands' rights. 

Sales made through the website WWW.STALKER-OUTDOORS.COM fall under the general conditions established for STALKER OUTDOORS in name of all the brands it regroups. Some specificities may apply to certain items that belong under the collections of items for the STALKER MAD BOATS, STALKER MAD BIKE, STALKER MAD BAITS, STALKER ARCHERY brands. 

Conditions established for STALKER OUTDOORS apply to all brands. Specific Conditions may apply to a specific brand. In such a case, special conditions will be enacted.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

STALKER OUTDOORS will accept the return or cancellation of an order under the following conditions:

Items that are purchased and cancelled before shipping are subject to a 22% restocking fee based on the commercial value of the item.

If you are not satisfied with your STALKER OUTDOORS Product, you may return the UNUSED item within 30 days from order date for a refund or replacement.

To qualify for refund or replacement, unused products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, stickers, and product accessories attached.

The amount refunded corresponds to the commercial value of the item paid by the customer diminished by the 22% restocking fee. Refund is processed once the item has been received and checked for potential damages to its condition. The usual time for this process is 5 business days added to the standard time for the refund to hit the customer's bank account, this timing not being binding for STALKER OUTDOORS.

In the case of any damages impacting the returned item's condition, STALKER OUTDOORS may decide to refuse the return of the item and will request the customer to organize the retrieval of the item at the customer's own expense or to be charged for the shipping of the item by STALKER OUTDOORS at the price invoiced by STALKER OUTDOORS.

In the event the customer does not accept to retrieve the product in a reasonable time frame of 45 calendar days at his own expense and if the item's condition allows it, STALKER OUTDOORS may decide, without being obliged to, to offer to list the item under the "STALKER OUTDOORS' BARGAIN LIST". The customer will be provided with a form to fill (STALKER OUTDOOR'S BARGAIN LISTING AUTHORIZATION FORM), sign and return within 14 calendar days by email or postal mail in order to grant STALKER OUTDOORS the authorization to resell the customer's item at a discounted price decided by STALKER OUTDOORS that matches the item's condition. Once the sale of the discounted item is completed, STALKER OUTDOORS will charge a 30% processing fee based on the discounted item's net price as listed on STALKER OUTDOORS' BARGAIN LIST, the remaining amount of money will be refunded to the customer by bank transfer within 5 business days. No restocking fee is applied in the above mentioned scenario.

Past the time of 45 calendar days for the customer to retrieve the item plus 14 calendar days to return the STALKER OUTDOOR'S BARGAIN LISTING AUTHORIZATION FORM, the item is considered abandoned by the customer and will be discarded by STALKER OUTDOORS or given to a charity organization. 

DISCOUNTED PRICE OF A DAMAGED RETURNED ITEM

Based on the item's condition STALKER OUTDOORS will inform the customer who returned the damaged item about the appraised item's discounted value to qualify to the STALKER OUTDOOR'S BARGAIN LIST. STALKER OUTDOORS has the exclusive right to refuse to offer an item in the STALKER OUTDOOR'S BARGAIN LIST without providing any particular reason or being held liable of any prejudice whatsoever.

Some specific conditions apply depending on the nature of the item:

For STALKER Mad Bike® 

STALKER Mad Bike® eBikes items that are shipped may be returned within 30 days if there are fewer than 10 miles on the odometer. Those returns are subject to a 22% restocking fee on the purchase price, as well as return shipping fees. A 1% fee based on the commercial value of the item is added for every mile over 10 miles on the bike odometer. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Under the offer so-called “STALKER Mad Bike Book a Test Ride” a customer pays an additional non-refundable fee ($145 for electric bikes and $235 for all-terrain trikes) to test-ride the vehicle for up to 30 days and for fewer than 10 miles. Upon an approved return, the customer would be eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price, and not subject to the 22% restocking fee. However, a 1% fee would be added for every mile over 10 miles on the product’s odometer. STALKER Mad Bike® would arrange for, and cover the return shipping fees. The original shipping costs paid by the customer would not be refunded.

STALKER Mad Bike® will not accept the returns of products after 30 days.

In the event of a product return, STALKER Mad Bike® will not accept the return of promotional items associated with that sale. The MSRP value of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund.

Before a return is made, the customer must receive written approval of the return and a Return Authorization Number from STALKER Mad Bike®. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of the company, a refund will not be issued. The customer who sends a unit back without consent will be responsible for shipping costs back to them, or will sacrifice the item. Once a return is approved by STALKER Mad Bike®, you may receive an exchange, company credit or a refund. Please address your return to the address provided by the STALKER Mad Bike® After Sales Team. All purchases made through authorized STALKER Mad Bike® retailers are subject to the dealer’s return and refund policies.STALKER Mad Bike® does not accept direct returns of products sold through authorized retailers. All products sold through dealers must be returned to the original seller.

STALKER Mad Bike® Warranty Information
A STALKER Mad Bike® ebike becomes the property of its identified buyer once the product has been delivered to the provided address and duly received by the person who ordered the item. The delivery company that was missioned by STALKER Mad Bike® or its authorized representatives is responsible for collecting the proof of the delivery and has taken the necessary measures to identify the person it deliver the item to. The delivery is considered effective and the shipped product's condition is considered in conformity to allow the product's intended use. Unless the customer has clearly identified and informed the delivery company of a damaging event or element on the product and its package, the received package containing the item is considered conform to fulfill the item's intended use as advertised by the seller. In the event of a damaged package and a suspicion of potential damage suffered by the item inside the packaging during its transportation, the customer is invited to refuse the delivered item.

Every STALKER Mad Bike® electric bike include a minimum of two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, battery(ies), controller and motor assembly. 
The warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the STALKER Mad Bike® ebike and is not transferable. If the registered owner decides to sell his ebike to a third person, the warranty is not transferable unless the resale was conducted by STALKER Mad Bike® and only if the ebike was tested, serviced by STALKER Mad Bike® and received the necessary maintenance to allow STALKER Mad Bike® to certify the transfer of warranty on the used vehicle. To be eligible for a transfer of warranty, the registered owner must have paid in full all service fees and maintenance labour quoted prior to the servicing. Quotation of the Servicing cost is provided after an audit of the vehicle is conducted by a STALKER Mad Bike® official representative. STALKER Mad Bike® reserves the exclusive right to refuse the transfer of a warranty to a third person in the case a vehicle was subject to damages or a lack of maintenance from the registered owner. Maintenance, Servicing and Spare parts can be ordered by the third person buyer in the process of the resale by STALKER Mad Bike® in order to make the transfer of warranty effective. Maintenance, Servicing and Spare parts costs in the process of a resale can be split between the registered owner and the new buyer. 
This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accidents, or other improper use based on the user's lack of expertise about the vehicle. By ordering and paying in full the price of a STALKER Mad Bike® ebike, the buyer who becomes the registered owner of the item acknowledges having received all the necessary information from STALKER Mad Bike® or from a STALKER Mad Bike® Authorized Reseller or from a STALKER Mad Bike® Authorized Reseller's Representative that allows the registered owner to fully comprehend and know the use of the item he purchased. The buyer who then is identified as the registered owner of the ebike agrees to not hold STALKER Mad Bike® or its owners or its authorized reprensentatives liable nor responsible of any issues, loss or damages resulting from the registered owner's use or misuse of the ebike, its parts or accessories that cannot be clearly identified or judged as resulting from STALKER Mad Bike®'s guilt. 

The two-year warranty on STALKER Mad Bike® lithium-ion batteries from the date of original purchase does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without user error or other improper use, STALKER Mad Bike® will assist in replacing that part.  This includes any parts deemed to have been damaged in shipping. We will not replace any part deemed to be damaged by the user without apply a service charge and quote for the parts needing replacement.

In the case of a repair or parts replacement under warranty, we will work with the owner to find a local certified bicycle repair shop to make the necessary fix. 

STALKER Mad Bike® will also cover the associated repair labor fees, only if the scope of service is agreed upon prior to the fix.   The owner may also return the unit to STALKER Mad Bike® to make the needed repairs, but will be responsible for shipping costs each way.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All claims to this warranty must be made through STALKER Mad Bike®, and can be submitted to cs.stalkeroutdoors@gmail.com. Proof of the original purchase may be required with any warranty request.  Before making a claim, please contact our service department at cs.stalkeroutdoors@gmail.com as there may be a simple fix for the problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed within one year of the initial purchase.

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

Upon delivery, immediately inspect your products for damage. Inspection must be conducted in front of the delivery driver. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive, and we will not accept freight damage claims later than 3 business days from delivery. Note any damage to your products on the Bill of Lading before you and the delivery driver sign-off on the shipment.   Take photos of any damage that is found and date the images when possible.   Report shipping damage claims within 3 business days of delivery to STALKER Mad Bike® at cs.stalkeroutdoors@gmail.com.

For STALKER Mad Boats®

STALKER Mad Boats® items that are shipped may be returned within 30 days. Those returns are subject to a 22% restocking fee on the purchase price, as well as return shipping fees. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Under the offer so-called “STALKER Mad Boats Book a Test Ride” a customer pays an additional non-refundable fee (US$145 for single-seat boats, US$265 for a two or three-seat boat) to test-ride the boat for up to 30 calendar days. Upon an approved return, the customer would be eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price, and not subject to the 22% restocking fee. STALKER Mad Boats® would arrange for, and cover the return shipping fees. The original shipping costs paid by the customer would not be refunded.

STALKER Mad Boats® Warranty Information

The warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the STALKER Mad Boats® item and is not transferable. If the registered owner decides to sell his item to a third person, the warranty is not transferable unless the resale was conducted by STALKER Mad Boats® and only if the item was tested, serviced by STALKER Mad Boats® and received the necessary maintenance to allow STALKER Mad Boats® to certify the transfer of warranty on the used item.
